Nani creates illustrated products with the hope of making the world more fun. All items are made and packed with love and care in Nani's studio in Melbourne, Australia.
Handmade
Each ceramic piece is one of a kind that may have imperfections and irregularities made by hand, so there will be slight differences between those pictured for repetition artwork. 100 % handmade with love + fun, hand-built + hand-painted by Nani P at her home studio, Melbourne, Australia.
Colours
Please be reminded that due to lighting effects and monitor's brightness/ contrasts setting etc, the colour tone of the website's photo and the actual item could be slightly different.
Payment
All our payments are processed through Credit Card, Apple Pay and Paypal. All price listed on the site are in Australian Dollars ($AUD) and include GST unless otherwise specified. All prices exclude charges for shipping and handling. Shipping charges will be applied when adding the shipping destination in the basket review.
Returns and exchanges
All sales are final. Each item I post is checked over to make sure it is sent off in perfect condition. Usually no return/ refund possible, but please contact me to discuss the situation. No refund will be provided for change of mind, so please chose carefully.
Shipping
All orders are shipped from Melbourne via Australia Post Airmail with shipping days twice a week. Any products that are made to order will be stated as such and a dispatch timeframe will be confirmed. Orders within Australia should arrive within 3 - 7 working days after shipping date. International orders will vary from 8-20 working days but may take 3 - 4 weeks to arrive depending on your country's customs. International buyers may upgrade to express shipping or if you'd like tracking on your package please contact me for pricing. Please allow extra time for delivery in December. Please check your shipping address as I cannot resend items due to an incorrect address.
