Rara Ramen

RaRa is a popular ramen bar in Redfern, Sydney. Owners Katie Shortland and Scott Gault, it proudly servers handmade Hakata style noodles. The space boasts thoughtful design, blending textures and light. Illustrations add fun, connects the space to the digital world and enables some fun.

Lonely Mouth

Lonely Mouth by Rara, a new venture by Rara Ramen owners (Scott Gault and Katie Shortland) plant-based ramen bar now opened in Newtown, Sydney – which takes its name from the Japanese word kuchisabishii, which roughly means the longing to put something in your mouth, even if you’re not hungry – will be a little different from its older siblings: it’ll be completely vegan.

The Banh Mi Factory came to life as a market stall at the Eagle Farm Markets, driven by a client's visionary desire to bring the vibrant flavors of Vietnamese street foods to Brisbane. The logo, with its playful design, aimed to captivate a younger target audience and infuse a delightful sense of humor into the brand's character.

Dessert Story

Dessert Story is a franchise dessert cafe in Australia inspired by Taiwanese and Hongkong dessert secrets. They have many locations in Australia, and they approached me to rebrand their brand identity. The concept for their brand creating an atmosphere and experience suitable for enjoying and sharing an Asian-inspired dessert in the traditional way with friends.

GAJA by Sashi

Gaja by Sashi is the first food adventure of Sashi Chelia after winning MasterChef Australia 2018. GAJA in sanskrit गज - means ‘elephant’, which symbolises strength, wisdom, royalty and solidarity in Hindu culture. This branding created a fun and vibrant identity, using pattern and icon Ganesh, inspired by personal story by Sashi’s South Indian upbringing and its influence on his food and philosophy.

Rice Workshop was inspired by the fast and frenetic energy of the famous Shibuya crossing area in Japan, utilising popping contrast colours and repetition of line and perspective to simulate the neon lights and buzz.

Grainstore is a fresh and beautiful cafe located at 517 Flinders Lane, Melbourne. They offer European style service, influenced style food and hospitality. Featuring seasonal ingredients and rustic cookery, the menu offers comfort dishes with unique flavours to satisfy your appetite.
